Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the heytox website at heytox.com and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

heytox is a referral service that helps consumers find and connect with independent licensed aesthetic providers in their area. heytox is not a medical provider, clinic, or healthcare facility. We do not perform treatments, provide medical advice, diagnosis, or care, and we do not employ the providers we refer you to.

When you submit a request through heytox, we share your information with a matched independent provider so they can contact you directly. Any treatment, consultation, or clinical relationship is solely between you and that provider. heytox does not guarantee availability, pricing, outcomes, or the quality of any provider's services.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to interfere with the operation of the website.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or networks.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the Service without our prior written permission.
• Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to heytox or third parties.

The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and located in areas where we operate. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

heytox facilitates introductions between consumers and independent licensed aesthetic providers based on the information you provide (such as location and treatment interest). Submitting a request does not create a patient–provider relationship with heytox, and it does not guarantee that a provider will accept you as a client or that any specific offer will be available.

Providers featured through heytox are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, pricing, scheduling, policies, and clinical decisions. heytox is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any provider.

By submitting your contact information and checking the consent box on our form, you agree that heytox and the independent provider(s) we connect you with may contact you by phone, text message (SMS), and email regarding your request, including through automated technology. Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency: The number of messages you receive varies based on your request, appointment scheduling, and follow-up needs. You may receive multiple messages over the course of your inquiry and booking process.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-out and help: Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message. For additional assistance, email hello@heytox.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Information on the Service is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified licensed provider for questions about treatments, risks, and whether a procedure is appropriate for you. Individual results vary.

heytox does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that matched providers will meet your expectations.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEYTOX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ANY REFERRED PROVIDER.

IN NO EVENT WILL HEYTOX'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HEYTOX FOR USE OF THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless heytox from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any referred provider.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
